Tanggung Jawab
- Perform testing and assembly of equipment and components according to technical specifications and blueprints.
- Ensure all manufactured products meet strict quality control standards before final release.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace in strict compliance with factory safety regulations.
- Operate production machinery, tools, and testing instruments efficiently and accurately.
- Identify potential defects or technical issues during the assembly process and report them to supervisors immediately.
- Assist in the calibration and routine maintenance of testing equipment to ensure accuracy.
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional team members to meet daily production targets and deadlines.
Kualifikasi
- Previous experience in testing and/or assembly of equipment/components is required.
- Minimum high school diploma or relevant vocational qualification in engineering or manufacturing.
- Ability to maintain a consistent schedule, specifically working a 5-day work week (Monday to Friday).
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow detailed instructions precisely.
- Basic understanding of manufacturing processes and quality assurance principles.
- Physically fit and capable of standing for extended periods and performing repetitive tasks.
