Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor and analyze production line performance to identify opportunities for technological improvement and efficiency enhancement.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to implement new automation systems, machinery, and software tools.
- Conduct regular maintenance checks and troubleshoot technical issues to minimize production downtime.
- Develop and maintain detailed technical documentation, including process diagrams, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and technical reports.
- Analyze production data to forecast trends, optimize resource allocation, and support decision-making processes.
- Train production staff on the proper use of new technologies and equipment to ensure safe and effective operations.
- Ensure strict compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and environmental policies across all production sites.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a production environment, manufacturing technology, or process engineering.
- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, supply chain logistics, and quality control systems.
- Proficiency in using computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS) and data analysis software.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues under pressure.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced, dynamic manufacturing setting.
