- Set up, calibrate, and troubleshoot electronic circuits and mechanical components
- Execute rigorous testing protocols to validate product performance and reliability
- Document test procedures, results, and equipment maintenance accurately
- Collaborate with engineering teams to identify and resolve production issues
- Operate and maintain advanced testing equipment and measurement tools
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and quality standards
- Support continuous improvement initiatives for testing processes
Kualifikasi
- Technical diploma/certificate in Electronics, Mechanical Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 2 years experience in production testing or calibration
- Proficiency in reading technical schematics and blueprints
- Strong diagnostic skills for complex circuit and mechanical systems
- Familiarity with semiconductor manufacturing processes preferred
- Experience with test equipment (oscilloscopes, multimeters, etc.)
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
