Tanggung Jawab
- Set up, calibrate, and maintain precision test equipment for semiconductor components
- Perform functional and performance testing on electrical circuits and mechanical assemblies
- Diagnose and troubleshoot complex technical issues using systematic methodologies
- Document test procedures, results, and equipment calibration records meticulously
- Collaborate with engineering teams to implement process improvements
- Train junior technicians on equipment operation and safety protocols
- Ensure compliance with ISO quality standards and workplace safety regulations
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or related technical field
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in semiconductor or precision manufacturing testing
- Proficiency in reading technical schematics and blueprints
- Strong troubleshooting skills for both electrical and mechanical systems
- Familiarity with semiconductor manufacturing processes and equipment
- Experience with automated test systems and measurement instrumentation
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
