Tanggung Jawab
- Assemble and install mechanical/electrical components according to technical specifications
- Conduct functional testing and quality assurance procedures on finished products
- Operate diagnostic equipment to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues
- Maintain accurate production records and test documentation
- Adhere to safety protocols and quality control standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize production workflows
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives for manufacturing processes
Kualifikasi
- Diploma/Certificate in Electronics, Mechanical Engineering, or related technical field
- Minimum 1-2 years of hands-on experience in equipment assembly or testing
- Proficiency in reading technical schematics and assembly drawings
- Familiarity with quality control methodologies and testing procedures
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and within team environments
- Basic computer literacy for documentation systems
- Valid technical certifications (e.g., IPC-A-600) considered advantageous
