In the Production (Wiring) capacity, you will be responsible for the meticulous assembly and wiring of state-of-the-art air conditioning units. Working on a modern production line, you will translate technical schematics into perfectly wired electrical components, control panels, and harnesses. Your keen eye for detail will directly contribute to the reliability and safety that Daikin is known for worldwide. You will work alongside a supportive team to achieve production goals in a clean, organized, and safe environment.
When functioning in the Warehouse aspect of the role, you will ensure the seamless flow of materials from suppliers to the production line, and from the line to our customers. Daily tasks will include receiving incoming shipments, accurate picking and packing of orders, conducting regular inventory cycle counts, and operating warehouse equipment safely and efficiently. Your organizational skills and teamwork will be critical in maintaining optimal stock levels and meeting delivery schedules.

Tanggung Jawab
- Perform precise wiring and assembly of electrical components and control panels in air conditioning units according to engineering specifications.
- Conduct quality checks on wired assemblies to ensure compliance with safety and performance standards.
- Receive, inspect, and record incoming materials and components into the warehouse inventory system.
- Pick, pack, and prepare finished goods for shipment to customers and distribution centers.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and perform regular cycle counts to minimize discrepancies.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand tools in a safe and efficient manner.
- Collaborate with production and logistics teams to ensure uninterrupted workflow and meet daily operational targets.
- Adhere strictly to 5S workplace organization and health & safety regulations.
Kualifikasi
- Possess a minimum SPM / Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia or equivalent certification.
- Prior experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment is an advantage, but fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Basic understanding of electrical wiring diagrams and color coding.
- Physically fit and able to stand for long periods, lift heavy objects (up to 20kg), and perform repetitive tasks.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team.
- Willingness to work in shifts, including overtime when required.
- Possess a valid forklift license (for warehouse duties) is a plus.
