Tanggung Jawab
- Operate and monitor production machinery to ensure efficient operation
- Assemble and package products according to specifications and quality standards
- Conduct quality checks to ensure products meet company standards
- Maintain a clean and organized work area following safety protocols
- Report equipment malfunctions or production issues to supervisors
- Collaborate with team members to meet production targets
- Follow standard operating procedures for all production tasks
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM or equivalent qualification
- Previous experience in manufacturing or production is preferred
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physically demanding tasks
- Basic knowledge of safety procedures in a manufacturing environment
- Good communication skills and ability to work in a team
- Willingness to work shifts if required
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality
