Tanggung Jawab
- Operate production line machinery in accordance with standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Monitor production output to ensure quality standards are consistently met.
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation to ensure workplace safety and efficiency.
- Conduct regular quality checks and report any equipment malfunctions or discrepancies immediately.
- Assist with the packaging, labeling, and preparation of finished goods for shipment.
- Follow strict health and safety guidelines to maintain a hazard-free work environment.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet daily production targets.
Kualifikasi
- High School Diploma or equivalent vocational training.
- Proven work experience in a manufacturing, warehouse, or production environment is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to perform repetitive tasks with accuracy.
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift heavy materials as required.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team setting.
- Strong understanding of workplace safety practices and industrial standards.
