Tanggung Jawab
- Operate and monitor production machinery to ensure efficient operation
- Assemble products according to specifications and quality standards
- Inspect finished products for defects and ensure quality control
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Follow safety protocols and procedures at all times
- Collaborate with team members to meet production targets
- Report any equipment malfunctions or safety concerns to supervisors
- Assist in the training of new production staff as needed
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in manufacturing or production preferred
- Ability to follow instructions accurately and work well in a team
- Basic knowledge of production processes and quality standards
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and perform manual tasks
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends if required
- Good communication skills in English and/or Filipino
