Tanggung Jawab
- Operate and monitor CNC and manual machinery to ensure production targets are met.
- Perform routine machine set-ups, adjustments, and minor troubleshooting to maintain optimal workflow.
- Conduct regular quality checks on finished components to ensure compliance with technical drawings and specifications.
- Monitor raw material levels and ensure machines are adequately supplied for continuous production.
- Adhere strictly to workplace safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized workstation.
- Document daily production output and report any equipment malfunctions to the shift supervisor immediately.
- Collaborate with the production team to improve process efficiency and reduce material waste.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM or equivalent educational qualification.
- Prior experience in a manufacturing or production environment is highly preferred.
- Basic knowledge of machine operation (CNC, Lathe, or Milling) is a significant advantage.
- Ability to read and interpret basic technical drawings and blueprints.
- Physical stamina to handle repetitive tasks and stand for extended periods during shift hours.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high quality standards.
- Willingness to work on a rotational shift basis if required by production demands.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team.
