Tanggung Jawab
- Operate industrial sewing machines to assemble, stitch, and finish high-quality bags according to technical specifications.
- Ensure that all sewn components meet quality control standards and production targets.
- Perform daily maintenance and routine troubleshooting on sewing equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Monitor raw materials and report any defects or supply shortages to the production supervisor.
- Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized workspace to ensure a productive environment.
- Collaborate with assembly team members to meet daily production quotas and delivery deadlines.
- Participate in regular product training and team briefings to improve operational efficiency.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience as an Industrial Sewer, Seamstress, or Bag Maker in a manufacturing environment.
- Proficiency in operating various sewing machines (Lockstitch, Overlock, or Bar-tack machines).
- Ability to read and interpret sewing patterns and basic production blueprints.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to perform repetitive tasks with high precision.
- Excellent hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.
- Ability to work efficiently under minimal supervision in a fast-paced production setting.
- Willingness to work in shifts and adhere to production schedules.
- High school diploma or vocational training in garment manufacturing is a plus.
