- Conduct thorough initial and ongoing assessments to evaluate the developmental and behavioral needs of clients.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans (IEPs) based on evidence-based practices.
- Deliver direct therapeutic interventions, including Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) and skill-building sessions.
- Monitor client progress closely and adjust intervention strategies to ensure optimal outcomes.
- Provide training and supervision to support staff and caregivers to ensure consistency in care.
- Collaborate with families, educators, and healthcare professionals to create a holistic support network.
- Maintain accurate and confidential documentation of all client sessions and progress reports.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Psychology, Special Education, Speech Therapy, or a related field.
- Certification as an Autism Specialist, Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), or equivalent qualification.
- Proven experience working with individuals on the autism spectrum in a clinical or educational setting.
- Strong understanding of behavioral health principles, communication techniques, and sensory processing.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts to diverse audiences.
- Demonstrated patience, cultural sensitivity, and a genuine commitment to patient advocacy.
