Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare, bake, and finish a variety of breads, pastries, and confections according to BreadTalk's recipes and quality standards
- Operate and maintain baking equipment including ovens, mixers, and other kitchen tools
- Monitor baking processes to ensure consistent quality and presentation of products
- Follow food safety and hygiene protocols at all times
- Assist in developing new recipes and products while maintaining brand consistency
- Manage inventory of baking ingredients and supplies
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient kitchen operations
- Provide excellent customer service when interacting with customers in the bakery area
Kualifikasi
- Previous baking or pastry experience is preferred but not required for motivated candidates
- Knowledge of baking techniques, ingredients, and equipment
- Ability to follow recipes accurately and maintain consistency in product quality
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to food safety standards
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and perform tasks requiring manual dexterity
- Good communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Flexibility to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays as required
