Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and serve a variety of high-quality coffee and tea beverages according to standard recipes.
- Operate and maintain espresso machines, grinders, and other brewing equipment with care.
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting guests, taking orders accurately, and handling payments.
- Maintain a clean, sanitary, and organized workstation throughout the shift.
- Monitor inventory levels of coffee beans, milk, syrups, and other consumables.
- Assist in the preparation of light snacks or pastries if required.
- Uphold food safety and hygiene standards at all times.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience as a Barista or in a customer-facing service role.
- Strong knowledge of coffee brewing techniques, milk texturing, and latte art is a major plus.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Flexible availability, including mornings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- A positive attitude and a passion for providing great service to customers.
- High school diploma or equivalent professional training.
