Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and serve high-quality espresso-based beverages, filter coffee, and specialty drinks according to established standards.
- Maintain a clean, sanitary, and organized workstation, adhering to all health and safety guidelines.
- Provide friendly, efficient, and personalized service to all guests to ensure a welcoming cafe environment.
- Manage point-of-sale (POS) transactions accurately and handle cash/digital payments professionally.
- Perform daily equipment maintenance, including cleaning espresso machines, grinders, and brewing tools.
- Assist with inventory management, including restocking beans, milk, syrups, and other cafe supplies.
- Engage with customers to explain our menu offerings, origins of coffee, and flavor profiles.
Kualifikasi
- Previous experience as a Barista or in a high-volume cafe setting is highly preferred.
- In-depth knowledge of coffee brewing methods, milk texturing, and espresso extraction.
- Excellent communication skills with a positive, customer-first attitude.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and early mornings.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively under pressure.
- Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene protocols.
- A genuine passion for the specialty coffee industry and ongoing professional development.
