Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and serve a wide variety of coffee-based beverages according to cafe standards.
- Maintain high levels of cleanliness and organization at the espresso station and service counters.
- Greet customers warmly and provide expert recommendations from our menu.
- Process payments accurately using the POS system.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with supply restocking as needed.
- Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations at all times.
- Engage with customers to build rapport and drive repeat business.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Barista or in a high-volume cafe environment.
- Strong knowledge of coffee bean origins, brewing methods, and milk texturing.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude.
- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Basic knowledge of POS systems and cash handling procedures.
- High school diploma or equivalent certification.
