Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee, tea, and signature cafe beverages in strict accordance with company SOPs.
- Ensure precision in milk texturing and latte art to meet our aesthetic standards.
- Assemble and prepare food items, including sandwiches and light snacks, ensuring attractive presentation.
- Provide friendly and efficient cashier services, accurately processing payments and managing transactions.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitized workspace, including brewing equipment and dining areas.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with the restocking of ingredients and supplies as needed.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve feedback professionally to ensure total satisfaction.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM qualification or equivalent; hospitality certifications are a plus.
- Prior experience in a café or fast-paced F&B environment is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication skills with a customer-centric attitude.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment and handle high-pressure periods.
- Strong attention to detail, particularly regarding food safety and presentation.
- Must be able to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
- Basic numeracy skills for accurate cash handling.
