Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and serve high-quality espresso-based beverages, artisan teas, and specialty drinks according to company recipes.
- Provide exceptional, friendly customer service to all guests, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.
- Maintain impeccable cleanliness and sanitation standards at the coffee station and bar area.
- Manage inventory, monitor stock levels, and coordinate with the kitchen team for supply replenishment.
- Perform daily maintenance and calibration of espresso machines and grinding equipment.
- Handle cash register transactions, point-of-sale systems, and process guest orders accurately.
- Educate guests on menu offerings, flavor profiles, and bean origins to enhance their experience.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience as a Barista in a high-volume café or restaurant environment.
- Deep understanding of coffee extraction, milk texturing, and latte art techniques.
- Strong communication skills with an outgoing, personality-driven approach to service.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, public holidays, and rotating shifts.
- Proficiency in maintaining a clean and organized workspace under pressure.
- Excellent attention to detail and a passion for continuous learning in the coffee industry.
