Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and serve a wide variety of coffee-based beverages and teas to exact specifications.
- Maintain punctuality and adhere strictly to the assigned work roster.
- Operate professional espresso machines, grinders, and related brewing equipment efficiently.
- Ensure the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene at the coffee station and service area.
- Manage inventory levels and restock beverage supplies as needed.
- Provide friendly, efficient, and personalized service to all customers.
- Work independently under minimal supervision to maintain operational flow during peak and off-peak hours.
- Perform daily opening and closing duties in accordance with company protocols.
Kualifikasi
- Prior experience as a Barista or in a professional cafe environment is highly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of coffee extraction techniques, milk texturing, and latte art.
- Reliable, punctual, and disciplined with a strong work ethic.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a fast-paced setting.
- Excellent communication skills with a customer-centric mindset.
- Basic understanding of food safety and workplace hygiene standards.
- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and public holidays as required.
- A proactive attitude towards learning and maintaining beverage quality.
