Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and serve a wide range of coffee, tea, and specialty beverages following strict quality and recipe standards.
- Greet customers warmly, take accurate orders, and provide recommendations based on menu offerings.
- Operate professional espresso machines, grinders, and related brewing equipment safely and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean, sanitary, and well-organized workstation, including the dining and service areas.
- Manage cash transactions and process payments using the point-of-sale (POS) system accurately.
- Ensure inventory levels are monitored, reporting shortages or equipment issues to management promptly.
- Assist in opening and closing procedures to ensure the cafe is ready for service at all times.
Kualifikasi
- High School Diploma or equivalent; certification from a culinary or barista school is a significant plus.
- Proven experience as a Barista or in a customer-facing role within the hospitality industry.
- Deep passion for coffee culture and a desire to learn about various brewing techniques.
- Excellent verbal communication skills with a friendly, service-oriented attitude.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail, particularly regarding recipe measurements and cleanliness standards.
- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed.
- Basic knowledge of cash handling and POS systems.
