Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and serve a wide range of specialty coffee beverages, including espresso-based drinks, pour-overs, and cold brews.
- Master latte art techniques and maintain consistent quality across all drinks.
- Provide friendly, personalized service to all guests, ensuring a memorable café experience.
- Operate and maintain café equipment, including espresso machines, grinders, and brewing tools.
- Manage point-of-sale (POS) transactions efficiently and accurately.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and hygienic workspace in compliance with health and safety standards.
- Assist in inventory management, including monitoring coffee bean freshness and supply levels.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience as a Barista or in a high-volume hospitality environment.
- Deep understanding of coffee beans, extraction profiles, and milk texturing.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a welcoming and positive attitude.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new brewing methods and café procedures.
- Flexible availability, including weekends and public holidays as required.
- Proficiency in basic English communication is preferred.
