Are you a coffee enthusiast with a passion for the surf lifestyle? Karmafree Surf Shop in the heart of Uluwatu is looking for a vibrant and skilled Barista to join our team. We aren't just a surf shop; we are a community hub where locals and travelers meet over exceptional coffee. In this role, you will be the face of our cafe, responsible for crafting high-quality beverages, maintaining a welcoming atmosphere, and ensuring every customer leaves with a smile.

Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and serve high-quality espresso-based beverages, teas, and specialty drinks according to brand standards.
- Provide exceptional customer service by proactively engaging with guests and offering personalized recommendations.
- Operate the POS system efficiently, handle cash transactions, and maintain accurate daily sales records.
- Ensure the cleanliness and hygiene of the coffee bar, equipment, and dining area at all times.
- Manage inventory levels, including coffee beans, milk, and cafe supplies, alerting management to shortages.
- Adhere to strict food safety and sanitation protocols.
- Assist in cross-functional duties within the surf shop environment as needed to ensure smooth store operations.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Barista or in a high-volume cafe environment.
- Strong knowledge of coffee extraction techniques, milk texturing, and latte art (preferred).
- Excellent communication skills in both Indonesian and English.
- A friendly, energetic, and professional demeanor with a customer-first mindset.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
- Basic understanding of POS software and inventory management.
- Passion for the surf culture and the Uluwatu community is a distinct advantage.
- Able to work effectively under pressure while maintaining consistent quality.
