Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and serve high-quality espresso-based beverages, filter coffees, and teas consistently.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workspace adhering to food safety regulations.
- Provide exceptional, friendly customer service to all guests to ensure a memorable experience.
- Manage point-of-sale (POS) transactions, handle cash, and process digital payments accurately.
- Operate, clean, and perform basic maintenance on espresso machines and grinding equipment.
- Manage daily inventory levels and restock coffee beans, milk, and brewing supplies.
- Educate customers on coffee beans, brew methods, and the unique offerings of our menu.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience as a Barista in a reputable café or hospitality setting.
- Strong understanding of coffee extraction, milk texturing, and latte art techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a warm, welcoming demeanor.
- Ability to remain calm and efficient during peak hours and high-traffic periods.
- Basic proficiency in English and Indonesian (Bahasa Indonesia).
- Strong attention to detail, reliability, and punctuality.
- Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
