Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and serve high-quality espresso-based beverages, filter coffee, and non-coffee menu items according to brand standards.
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting guests, taking orders, and sharing product knowledge.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workstation in compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Manage POS operations, including processing transactions and balancing the cash drawer.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in restocking coffee beans, dairy, and café supplies.
- Ensure the quality of coffee beans and equipment performance through regular cleaning and calibration.
- Create a welcoming atmosphere for all customers, contributing to the café's unique community vibe.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 1 year experience as a Barista or in the hospitality/F&B industry.
- Strong knowledge of coffee brewing methods, milk steaming techniques, and latte art (preferred).
- Excellent communication skills with a friendly and service-oriented personality.
- Ability to stand for long periods and work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Highly organized, reliable, and capable of working effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Passion for coffee culture and continuous learning within the industry.
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
