Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and serve high-quality espresso-based beverages, teas, and specialty drinks according to established recipes.
- Deliver exceptional customer service by greeting guests, taking orders, and managing payments with efficiency.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workstation in compliance with health and safety standards.
- Manage inventory levels of coffee beans, milk, syrups, and other consumables.
- Assist in the preparation of light snacks and pastries as needed.
- Handle customer inquiries and feedback with professionalism and a friendly demeanor.
- Participate in regular team meetings and training sessions to maintain beverage quality standards.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Barista or in a high-volume cafe setting.
- Strong knowledge of coffee brewing techniques, espresso machine operation, and milk texturing.
- Excellent communication skills with a customer-centric mindset.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
- A proactive attitude with the ability to multitask in a busy environment.
- Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene protocols.
- Fluent in Indonesian; proficiency in English is a significant advantage.
