Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and serve high-quality espresso-based beverages, teas, and specialty drinks according to established standards.
- Provide prompt, friendly, and attentive service to all guests to ensure a memorable cafe experience.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workstation, including equipment maintenance and daily cleaning duties.
- Manage customer transactions efficiently using the Point of Sale (POS) system.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with stocking supplies and refreshing display cases.
- Educate customers about different coffee origins, blends, and brewing methods to enhance their experience.
- Adhere to all health, safety, and hygiene regulations within the food and beverage preparation area.
Kualifikasi
- Previous experience as a Barista or in a customer-facing hospitality role preferred.
- Deep passion for coffee culture, flavor profiles, and latte art techniques.
- Excellent communication skills with a friendly and outgoing personality.
- Ability to multitask and remain calm in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
- Flexible availability, including the ability to work weekends and holidays as needed.
- Strong commitment to food safety standards and workplace cleanliness.
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
