As a Barista at House Of Orange, you will be the face of our brand, ensuring every cup brewed meets our high standards of quality. You will work alongside a passionate team in one of Bali's most dynamic hospitality hubs, where your creativity and dedication to the craft will be truly valued. If you have a keen eye for latte art, a deep knowledge of espresso extraction, and a heart for hospitality, we want to meet you.
Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and serve high-quality espresso-based beverages, pour-overs, and other coffee drinks.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee station, bar area, and customer seating.
- Engage with guests to provide recommendations, explain coffee origins, and ensure a premium service experience.
- Manage inventory, monitor bean freshness, and perform daily equipment maintenance (calibrating grinders, cleaning machines).
- Execute consistent latte art to enhance the visual appeal of served drinks.
- Handle POS transactions accurately and manage customer orders efficiently.
- Adhere strictly to food safety and hygiene protocols at all times.
- Assist in promoting seasonal drink specials and upselling menu items.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience as a Barista, preferably in a specialty coffee shop or premium café environment.
- Strong understanding of coffee science, including bean varieties, grind size, and extraction variables.
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, outgoing, and professional attitude.
- Ability to thrive in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills in English and Indonesian.
- Flexible availability, including weekends, public holidays, and rotating shifts.
- Punctual, reliable, and a strong team player with a positive mindset.
- Relevant certification in barista training or hospitality is a strong advantage.
