Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and serve high-quality espresso-based beverages, filter coffees, and teas following strict quality standards.
- Provide friendly, personalized, and efficient service to ensure a positive customer experience.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the coffee station, dining area, and equipment according to hygiene protocols.
- Manage point-of-sale transactions, handle cash accurately, and assist with inventory management.
- Engage with customers to build loyalty, provide product recommendations, and share knowledge about coffee origins and brewing methods.
- Regularly calibrate brewing equipment and perform routine maintenance to ensure optimal performance.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth daily operations and high service standards during peak hours.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Barista or in a high-volume cafe environment is preferred.
- Deep passion for coffee culture, brewing techniques, and latte art.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a positive, customer-oriented attitude.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong attention to detail, especially regarding recipe consistency and quality control.
- Flexible availability, including weekends, holidays, and rotating shifts as required by the business.
- Basic knowledge of food safety regulations and workplace health and safety practices.
- Willingness to participate in continuous training and professional development programs.
