Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and serve a wide variety of espresso-based drinks, teas, and specialty beverages according to company standards.
- Maintain a pristine, organized, and hygienic workstation at all times.
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting guests, answering menu questions, and processing orders efficiently.
- Monitor coffee bean inventory and alert management to supply needs.
- Perform daily machine maintenance and troubleshooting to ensure optimal equipment performance.
- Upsell baked goods and promotional items to enhance the customer experience.
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations while handling food and beverage products.
- Participate in ongoing training to stay updated on current coffee trends and techniques.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience as a Barista or in a high-volume coffee service environment.
- Strong knowledge of coffee extraction, milk texturing, and latte art.
- Excellent communication skills with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
- A passion for customer service and a commitment to quality.
- Basic understanding of food safety and hygiene protocols.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure in a busy cafe setting.
- Fluency in Indonesian; conversational English is a strong advantage.
