Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and serve high-quality espresso-based beverages, filter coffee, and specialty drinks according to café standards.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and hygienic workstation and coffee bar area throughout the shift.
- Provide exceptional, friendly customer service to all guests, ensuring a memorable café experience.
- Manage point-of-sale operations, including processing transactions and handling cash accurately.
- Execute precise milk texturing and latte art to meet our aesthetic and quality benchmarks.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in restocking coffee beans, syrups, and milk supplies.
- Educate customers on coffee blends, brewing methods, and flavor profiles.
- Participate in team meetings and ongoing training sessions to stay updated on industry trends.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1 year of professional experience as a Barista or in a high-volume café environment.
- Deep understanding of coffee extraction, grinder calibration, and espresso machine maintenance.
- Strong communication skills with a friendly, outgoing, and professional demeanor.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
- Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene protocols.
- Positive attitude and a genuine passion for hospitality and customer care.
- Proficiency in English; knowledge of local language is a plus.
