Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and serve a wide variety of high-quality coffee and tea beverages according to house standards.
- Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional service by anticipating their needs and preferences.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workstation and front-of-house area.
- Operate professional espresso machines, grinders, and other brewing equipment with care.
- Manage customer transactions accurately using the POS system.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in restocking coffee beans, syrups, and other supplies.
- Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations at all times.
Kualifikasi
- Previous experience as a Barista or in a customer-facing hospitality role is highly preferred.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a friendly, professional, and positive attitude.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Willingness to learn and improve coffee brewing techniques and latte art skills.
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English and/or Malay.
- Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays as required.
