Are you a coffee enthusiast with a passion for the surf lifestyle? Karmafree Surf Shop in the heart of Uluwatu, Bali, is looking for a vibrant and skilled Barista to join our growing team. We aren't just a surf shop; we are a community hub where locals and travelers meet over exceptional coffee.
As our Barista, you will be the face of our shop, responsible for crafting high-quality beverages, managing daily transactions, and ensuring every customer leaves with a smile. If you have a flair for latte art, a dedication to cleanliness, and a love for the island life, we want to hear from you!
Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and serve high-quality espresso-based beverages, teas, and specialty drinks.
- Maintain high standards of coffee quality, including milk texturing and extraction monitoring.
- Provide exceptional, friendly customer service to both local regulars and international visitors.
- Handle point-of-sale (POS) operations, cash management, and process customer payments accurately.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workspace in accordance with health and safety regulations.
- Manage stock levels, including beans, milk, and other inventory items, alerting management to shortages.
- Support the team in keeping the surf shop retail area tidy and welcoming.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience as a Barista or in a high-volume coffee shop environment.
- Deep understanding of coffee beans, extraction methods, and equipment maintenance.
- Excellent communication skills with proficiency in English and Indonesian.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
- A proactive, positive attitude and a passion for providing excellent customer experiences.
- Basic knowledge of POS systems and cash handling procedures.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Willingness to learn and grow within the Karmafree Surf Shop community.
