Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and serve high-quality specialty coffee and tea beverages according to established standards.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workstation at all times.
- Provide friendly, personalized, and efficient service to all customers.
- Operate professional espresso machines, grinders, and related brewing equipment.
- Manage point-of-sale (POS) transactions accurately and handle cash/digital payments.
- Assist in inventory management, including restocking beans, milk, and other café supplies.
- Educate customers on different coffee blends, origins, and brewing methods.
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience as a Barista, preferably in a specialty coffee shop or high-end cafe.
- In-depth knowledge of coffee preparation, extraction parameters, and milk texturing techniques.
- Strong communication skills with proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, holidays, and rotating shifts.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to multitask in a busy environment.
- A positive, proactive attitude and a genuine passion for hospitality.
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 10kg.
- High school diploma or equivalent certification; coffee certifications are a plus.
