- Prepare and serve high-quality espresso-based beverages, teas, and specialty drinks according to established recipes.
- Provide friendly, efficient, and professional customer service to all patrons.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards of the coffee station and service area throughout the shift.
- Handle cash transactions and operate the Point of Sale (POS) system accurately.
- Manage inventory levels and restock coffee beans, milk, and other supplies as needed.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure smooth operational flow during peak hours.
- Adhere to all health, safety, and hygiene regulations at all times.
Kualifikasi
- Previous experience as a Barista or in a customer-facing role within the food and beverage industry.
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, welcoming personality.
- Disciplined work ethic with the ability to multitask effectively.
- Knowledge of coffee beans, brewing methods, and latte art is a significant advantage.
