As a key member of our food and beverage team, you will showcase your technical expertise in espresso extraction, milk texturing, and specialty brew methods. Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and serve a wide range of specialty coffees, teas, and non-alcoholic beverages according to strict quality standards.
- Maintain a pristine, organized, and hygienic workstation, adhering to all safety and sanitation protocols.
- Provide exceptional, personalized service to villa guests, anticipating their preferences and needs.
- Manage inventory levels of coffee beans, syrups, and milk supplies, reporting stock requirements to management.
- Operate and perform routine maintenance on high-end espresso machinery and coffee brewing equipment.
- Assist in the development of new seasonal drink menus and creative beverage presentations.
- Ensure a seamless flow of service during peak guest hours while maintaining a calm and professional demeanor.
- Collaborate with the kitchen and service team to ensure a cohesive guest experience throughout the estate.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience as a Barista, preferably within a luxury hotel, villa, or high-end cafe environment.
- Strong knowledge of coffee beans, origin, roast profiles, and various extraction techniques.
- Proven ability to create beautiful and consistent latte art.
- Strong command of English, both written and spoken, to communicate effectively with international guests.
- Possess a hospitality-first mindset with excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
- High level of personal grooming and presentation standards suitable for a 5-star establishment.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, public holidays, and rotating shifts.
- Relevant certification in Food Handling or Barista training is considered a significant advantage.
