Roasters Indonesia is looking for a vibrant, skilled, and customer-focused Barista to join our expanding team across our iconic Bali locations in Uluwatu, Kuta, and Seminyak. We are a specialty coffee roaster dedicated to sourcing and brewing the highest quality beans, providing an unparalleled experience for our global clientele.

Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and serve high-quality specialty coffee beverages following Expat. Roasters standards.
- Provide exceptional customer service, building rapport with both local and international guests.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and hygienic workstation at all times.
- Educate customers on different coffee origins, brewing methods, and our seasonal blends.
- Manage POS operations, including taking orders and handling payments accurately.
- Execute daily opening and closing procedures with efficiency.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth floor operations during peak hours.
- Participate in regular cupping sessions and training workshops to sharpen your sensory skills.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience as a Barista in a high-volume specialty coffee environment.
- Excellent communication skills in English; ability to engage confidently with diverse international guests.
- Strong understanding of extraction theory, milk texturing, and latte art.
- Highly reliable, punctual, and disciplined with a professional appearance.
- Positive attitude and a genuine passion for the hospitality and specialty coffee industry.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and public holidays.
- Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene protocols.
- Adaptable to working in different locations (Uluwatu, Kuta, Seminyak) as required by operational needs.
