As a Barista, you will be the face of our coffee experience, ensuring that every guest receives not only the perfect cup of coffee but also exceptional service.

Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and serve high-quality espresso-based beverages, teas, and specialty drinks.
- Greet customers warmly and provide expert recommendations from the menu.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting workspace at all times.
- Handle customer transactions accurately using the POS system.
- Manage inventory levels and restock supplies as needed.
- Adhere strictly to health, safety, and sanitation guidelines.
- Contribute to a positive team environment and assist colleagues during peak hours.
Kualifikasi
- High School Diploma or equivalent; vocational training in hospitality is a plus.
- Proven experience working as a Barista or in a customer-facing coffee shop role.
- Strong knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and milk texturing.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
- Physically capable of standing for long periods and performing light lifting.
- A proactive attitude with a focus on problem-solving and customer retention.
