Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and serve high-quality coffee beverages according to established recipes and standards
- Operate and maintain espresso machines, grinders, and other coffee equipment
- Provide excellent customer service, taking orders and handling payments
- Ensure cleanliness and hygiene of the coffee station and surrounding areas
- Assist with inventory management of coffee supplies and ingredients
- Develop knowledge of coffee varieties and brewing techniques
- Collaborate with kitchen and service teams to ensure seamless operations
- Upsell coffee products and suggest food pairings to enhance customer experience
Kualifikasi
- Previous experience as a Barista or in a similar coffee service role
- Knowledge of coffee brewing methods and espresso preparation
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality standards
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and various shifts as needed
