Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and serve a wide range of espresso-based drinks, teas, and specialty beverages to company standards.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and hygienic workstation at all times in compliance with safety regulations.
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting guests, taking orders, and offering product recommendations.
- Manage point-of-sale transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Perform daily maintenance and calibration of coffee machines and related brewing equipment.
- Maintain inventory levels of coffee beans, milk, syrups, and other consumables, reporting shortages to management.
- Create latte art and ensure the aesthetic appeal of all served beverages.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience as a Barista, ideally in a specialty coffee shop or premium café setting.
- Strong knowledge of coffee bean origins, grinding techniques, and extraction methods.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-centric mindset.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
- Basic proficiency in English (verbal) to serve international customers.
- High level of reliability, punctuality, and professional presentation.
- Ability to thrive under pressure in a high-traffic environment.
