We are not just serving coffee; we are creating a world-class experience for travelers and locals alike in one of Indonesia's most beautiful destinations.
As our Barista, you will be the face of our coffee program. We are looking for someone who treats every cup as a canvas and understands that the perfect brew is a blend of precision, speed, and genuine hospitality. If you possess a sharp eye for detail, advanced latte art skills, and a warm, inviting personality, we want to meet you.

Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and serve high-quality espresso-based beverages, ensuring perfect extraction and flavor profile.
- Demonstrate mastery in creating intricate, professional-grade latte art for every milk-based drink.
- Provide exceptional, friendly customer service, offering recommendations and engaging with guests to create a memorable experience.
- Maintain the cleanliness and sanitation of the espresso machine, grinders, and general workstation.
- Manage inventory, monitor bean freshness, and perform routine calibration of equipment.
- Handle POS transactions accurately while maintaining a tidy service area.
- Contribute to a positive team environment by supporting colleagues during peak operational hours.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 1-2 years of professional experience as a Barista in a specialty coffee shop.
- Proven expertise in latte art techniques (free pour or etching).
- Deep understanding of coffee beans, grind size, extraction theory, and milk steaming science.
- Excellent communication skills with proficiency in English and Indonesian.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Passion for hospitality and a proactive, guest-focused mindset.
- Flexible availability, including weekends and public holidays.
- Experience with commercial espresso machines (e.g., La Marzocco, Simonelli).
