Mano Beach House is currently seeking a skilled and charismatic Barista to join our team in Badung. Located within an immersive concept store environment, you will do more than just brew coffee; you will be the face of an elevated retail-meets-hospitality experience.
We are looking for an individual who treats coffee as a craft and service as an art form. You will be responsible for providing our guests with an exceptional sensory experience, helping them navigate our curated coffee menu while they shop and enjoy the beachside atmosphere. If you possess a keen eye for detail, a warm personality, and the technical skills to pull the perfect shot, we want to hear from you.
Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and serve high-quality espresso-based beverages, pour-overs, and specialty drinks according to established standards.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming coffee bar environment that aligns with our concept store aesthetic.
- Engage with walk-in customers, offering menu recommendations and providing insights into our coffee origins and brewing methods.
- Manage inventory, monitor stock levels for coffee beans, syrups, and dairy/plant-based milk alternatives.
- Operate and perform routine maintenance on high-end espresso machines and grinders.
- Ensure consistent quality control for every cup served to uphold the Mano Beach House brand reputation.
- Handle POS transactions efficiently while maintaining a friendly, helpful demeanor.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience as a Barista in a specialty coffee shop or premium café setting.
- Strong knowledge of coffee extraction techniques, milk texturing, and latte art proficiency.
- Excellent communication skills with a customer-centric mindset.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-traffic retail and hospitality environment.
- Professional appearance and a positive, team-oriented attitude.
- Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
- Basic understanding of hygiene, health, and safety standards in food and beverage service.
