Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and serve high-quality espresso-based beverages, filter coffee, and specialty drinks.
- Greet customers warmly and provide expert recommendations from our bakery menu.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workstation at all times.
- Handle customer transactions accurately using our POS system.
- Manage inventory levels of coffee beans, milk, and other café supplies.
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to provide a seamless dining experience for guests.
- Continuously refine latte art and beverage preparation techniques.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience as a Barista or in a high-volume coffee service role.
- Strong knowledge of coffee extraction, milk steaming, and espresso machine maintenance.
- Excellent communication skills with a friendly, service-oriented attitude.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
- Possess a neat and professional appearance.
- Ability to work well within a small, family-oriented team.
- Basic command of English to communicate with international customers.
