Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and serve high-quality specialty coffee beverages following standard recipes and artisanal techniques.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting workspace that reflects our brand's aesthetic standards.
- Engage with customers to provide warm, personalized service and share knowledge about our coffee beans and kitchenware products.
- Manage point-of-sale operations, including processing payments and handling customer inquiries with efficiency.
- Ensure consistent quality control of espresso extraction, milk texturing, and latte art.
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate supply needs to the management team.
- Uphold food safety and hygiene standards at all times during shift operations.
Kualifikasi
- Previous experience working as a Barista or in a high-volume specialty coffee environment is highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of coffee extraction, milk steaming techniques, and equipment maintenance.
- Excellent communication skills with a customer-centric mindset.
- Ability to work full-time hours, including weekends and public holidays as required.
- Strong aesthetic sensibility that aligns with our 'life aesthetics' brand concept.
- Reliable, punctual, and capable of working effectively in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Basic knowledge of POS systems and simple administrative tasks.
