Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and serve a wide range of coffee and specialty beverages according to company standards.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting workspace at the coffee station.
- Provide outstanding customer service by greeting guests, answering questions, and making recommendations.
- Operate and maintain espresso machines, grinders, and other brewing equipment with care.
- Manage inventory, monitor stock levels, and coordinate replenishment of coffee beans and supplies.
- Follow health and safety guidelines to ensure a hygienic food and beverage environment.
- Process transactions efficiently using the Point of Sale (POS) system.
- Collaborate with the service team to ensure a seamless flow during peak hours.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience as a Barista or in a similar cafe role.
- Strong knowledge of coffee beans, extraction methods, and milk texturing techniques (latte art is a plus).
- Excellent communication skills with a friendly and approachable personality.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle high-volume shifts.
- Must be flexible with working hours, including weekends and public holidays.
- Basic math skills for cash handling and inventory management.
- Passion for hospitality and commitment to providing guest satisfaction.
- Fluency in Indonesian; proficiency in English is highly preferred.
