Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and serve premium coffee beverages according to established recipes and quality standards
- Provide exceptional customer service with product knowledge and friendly interactions
- Operate and maintain coffee equipment including espresso machines and grinders
- Ensure cleanliness and sanitation of workstations, utensils, and service areas
- Manage inventory and restock supplies efficiently to prevent service disruptions
- Upsell coffee products and food items to enhance customer experience and sales
- Collaborate with team members during peak hours to maintain smooth operations
Kualifikasi
- Previous experience as a barista or in food service preferred
- Basic knowledge of coffee varieties and brewing techniques
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately
- Physical stamina for standing and moving during shifts
- Attention to detail in presentation and hygiene standards
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and early morning shifts
