Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and serve a wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and house signatures.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked bar area at all times, ensuring compliance with health and safety standards.
- Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with guests, offering menu recommendations, and ensuring satisfaction.
- Manage bar inventory, including ordering stock, tracking usage, and minimizing wastage.
- Operate POS systems accurately to process guest orders and handle payments with integrity.
- Collaborate with the kitchen and service team to ensure seamless workflow during peak service hours.
- Participate in ongoing training sessions to stay updated on mixology trends and service excellence.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience as a Bartender in a reputable restaurant, hotel, or lounge.
- Deep knowledge of spirits, cocktails, wines, and classic mixing techniques.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate fluently in English and Indonesian.
- Professional grooming standards and a positive, energetic, and customer-focused attitude.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and evening shifts.
- High attention to detail, especially regarding portion control, hygiene, and presentation.
- Ability to remain calm and efficient under pressure during busy service periods.
- Relevant certification in hospitality or bartending is a significant advantage.
