Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and serve a wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes.
- Interact with guests to provide personalized drink recommendations and ensure an exceptional customer experience.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked bar area at all times.
- Manage inventory levels and restock bar supplies, glassware, and garnishes as needed.
- Adhere to all health, safety, and hygiene regulations, including responsible service of alcohol.
- Process customer payments and operate POS systems with accuracy and efficiency.
- Participate in team briefings and contribute to bar menu development or promotional events.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience as a Bartender, preferably in an upscale restaurant or lounge environment.
- Strong knowledge of classic cocktails, spirits, wine, and contemporary mixology techniques.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and public holidays.
- Professional appearance and a positive, team-oriented attitude.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask under pressure.
- Relevant certification in hospitality or beverage management is a plus.
