Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and serve a wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with precision and speed.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting bar area in accordance with safety and sanitation standards.
- Provide exceptional customer service by engaging guests and offering personalized drink recommendations.
- Manage inventory, stock supplies, and ensure all bar equipment is properly maintained.
- Process customer transactions accurately using the POS system.
- Monitor the bar environment to ensure a safe and enjoyable atmosphere for all guests.
- Support team members during peak hours to ensure smooth operational flow.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a bar or high-volume restaurant setting.
- Strong knowledge of classic cocktails, spirits, wine, and beer varieties.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with diverse clientele.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to work rotating or split shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
