Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and serve a wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes.
- Provide friendly, attentive, and efficient service to all guests to ensure a memorable experience.
- Maintain high standards of bar cleanliness, sanitation, and organization throughout the shift.
- Manage bar inventory, track stock levels, and report shortages to management.
- Handle cash transactions, operate the Point of Sale (POS) system accurately, and balance the drawer at the end of the shift.
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and liquor service regulations.
- Engage with customers to build rapport and handle any concerns or requests with professionalism.
Kualifikasi
- At least 1-2 years of experience as a Bartender or in a similar hospitality role.
- Strong knowledge of classic cocktails, spirits, wine, and beer varieties.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to remain calm and efficient in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment.
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift moderately heavy items.
- Flexibility to work shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and inventory tracking.
- Certification in food safety or mixology is a significant advantage.
