- Prepare and serve premium cocktails, beverages, and food items with precision and creativity
- Provide exceptional customer service through personalized recommendations and engaging interactions
- Manage bar inventory, stock levels, and supply ordering to ensure operational efficiency
- Maintain strict hygiene standards and cleanliness of all bar equipment and workspaces
- Upsell menu items, promotions, and special events to enhance revenue and guest satisfaction
- Collaborate with kitchen and service teams for seamless event coverage and daily operations
- Train junior staff on cocktail recipes, service standards, and bar procedures
- Stay updated on industry trends, new ingredients, and innovative techniques
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1-2 years professional bartending experience in high-volume establishments
- Expert knowledge of mixology, classic cocktails, and modern drink preparation
- Strong customer service skills with ability to handle diverse clientele

- Ability to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays
